Services

OTM designs and operates Operational Intelligence systems and related services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and is not a guarantee of any specific result.

Payments

Fees, billing terms, and payment schedules are set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due as invoiced, and amounts are exclusive of taxes. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, subject to their terms. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, software, systems, and the OTM name and marks are owned by OTM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. OTM’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to OTM for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
